At the start, we are oblivious to the potential resident within. We move about like a hero in a movie marking time and undermining our true self, doing nothing unusual. We feel exasperated to see the hero passing up the opportunities that come her way. Finding the hero lacking in drive and ambition, we feel sorry and disappointed for her.
BENIGN INDIFFERENT
We sense the lady luck smile upon her and catch her breezing through the favourable winds along the way. Staying indifferent, she makes no effort to seize the moment. She stays cool while we expect her to sit up and take notice. Resisting the temptation to tell her, we expect her to come awake on her own.
WILFUL NEGLIGENCE
We are surprised to see how easily she misses the obvious, concocts stories and perpetrates a myth. Apprehensive and inhibited she walks on the edge, unaware of the dangers that lie hidden away from her ken. Absent-minded, risk-averse, and accident-prone, she does just enough to amble her way through life.
UNEASY CONSCIENCE
We may notice her making serious omissions and commissions of error. Commit unforced errors, take needless risks and bite into much more than she can chew. At other times, we may find her weak-willed and meek minded. Accommodative to a fault, she fails to defy the norms and vacate conventions. Stays hidebound.
